About this role

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Location(s): Hybrid work arrangement - working at our brand new 25N Coworking in Dallas Uptown and remotely from your home office.

The Role in a Nutshell: The Marketing Coordinator will execute fresh and on-brand ways to tell the story of 25N to the public, casting a vision for what it’s like to belong to the 25N community. They strategize and implement digital and print marketing initiatives with the support of the Marketing Manager. They are a strong wordsmith who’s a pro at replicating and finding fresh takes on a brand voice in their communication efforts, and have enough technical know-how to learn new techniques and automate marketing initiatives when needed. Their core responsibilities will include digital marketing management (social media content, event marketing), print marketing (flyers, brochures, interior & exterior signage, etc.), copywriting and content marketing.

Schedule/Availability: Part-time, about 15 hrs. per week. Shifts fall between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (some exceptions apply).

Success in this role looks like:

Digital Marketing Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and send weekly newsletters
  • Support social media content pipelines and curate on-brand imagery and copy
  • Write descriptions and manage publication of special event marketing efforts
  • Manage the suite of Canva templates to be used by Community Team members

Print Marketing Asset Management

  • Organize, inventory, and order print and onsite marketing materials as needed. Some light design skills needed for updates/edits as necessary.
  • Rack cards; Spec sheets/sell sheets for meeting rooms and offices; Promotional flyers; In-space signage; Business cards; Materials specific to new location launches.
  • Supply community team members with beautifully designed flyers with on-brand copy as needed.
  • Manage the upkeep of Canva templates and conduct intermittent audits of in-space material
  • Manage signage needs and create new in-space signage when necessary
  • Check inventory levels and order location-specific print materials and merch as needed every month.

Other Creative/Marketing Ops Tasks as Needed

  • Occasional “candid” photography/videography
  • Assist the Marketing Manager with strategy for marketing operational excellence

Connect + Collaborate With the Team!

  • Collaborate with the community teams on upcoming events and marketing needs.
  • Attend all scheduled weekly team calls and 1-1s with the Marketing Manager.

Up to the task: (the marketing coordinator will...)

  • Have an instinctive feeling about brand content and a keen copywriting/copyediting/proofreading lens.
  • Utilize creative problem solving techniques.
  • Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Be enthusiastic about the 25N brand, and resonate with our values.
  • Be able to see the brand from a 30,000 ft. view and have a vision for the future
  • Possess well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Have a keen eye for design, but doesn’t necessarily need formal graphic design training.
