This position requires a strong dedication to brand knowledge and a personal commitment to quality customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties
Providing excellent customer service, ensuring that all of our customers have the best possible experience
Be an effective brand ambassador by managing guest satisfaction and overall Taproom visitor experience
Develop an intimate knowledge of 2 Towns beverages and pro-actively expand on craft alcohol education knowledge (menu items, prices, styles & ingredients)
Assist with facilitation of private and occasional off-site events, including set up, take down, execution
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the taproom at all times
Handling cash and processing transactions through a point-of-sale system
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age
Current Oregon Alcohol Servers Permit
Current Oregon Food Handler’s Card
Extremely flexible schedule
Schedule - Thursday - Sunday - 15-30 variable hours weekly / Shifts are subject to change and rotate based on company needs. Work schedules are posted 14 days in advance.
Compensation - $15.55 hour + tips
