Business Development Manager
1-800-Packouts helps homeowners and businesses recover after water, fire, mold, and other property damage by packing, cleaning, storing, and returning their belongings. We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to grow referral partnerships and drive revenue across the territory.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in restoration sales or business development (preferred, but not required)
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Proven track record of meeting revenue or sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory growth plan
- Build relationships with adjusters, agents, and contractors
- Identify new referral partnerships and business opportunities
- Track referral activity and revenue performance
- Represent the company at networking and industry events
- Collaborate with operations to ensure strong service delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
