Wordware is a web-hosted IDE where non-technical domain experts work with AI Engineers to build task-specific AI agents. Wordware approaches prompting as a new programming language rather than low-code blocks, and it serves as an IDE for Natural Language Programming and Agent Orchestration. The founders, Filip Kozera (CEO) and Robert Chandler (CTO), met at the University of Cambridge; Kozera previously cofounded and exited KRISTALIC, while Chandler was an early engineer at Five AI, which Bosch acquired, and Chandler leads the offline perception team there and holds 5+ patents. They have worked with LLMs since BERT and created well-performing stacks before AI Ops was a term.
