San Ysidro Health is a non-profit organization fully committed to providing the highest quality, most compassionate, easily accessible and affordable health care services for the entire family across San Diego County.
The mission of San Ysidro Health is to improve the health and well-being of the communities we serve with access for all. Providing innovative care to over 145,000 patients through a vast and integrated network of program sites including: medical clinics, dental clinics, behavioral health centers, HIV centers, WIC nutrition centers, mobile medical units, school-based health centers, chiropractic care, pediatric developmental clinics, teen clinics, Senior Health Center and Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Centers.
Originally established along the border in 1969, today San Ysidro Health has expanded throughout San Diego County. San Ysidro Health is proud to support the County of San Diego with over 3,000 dedicated staff members who provide culturally proficient and vital health services to communities every day.
