The Centre for Effective Governance of Indian States (CEGIS) aims to improve lives by helping state governments deliver better development outcomes. Our work is grounded in research, evidence and a practical orientation towards implementable ideas. We help state governments with the tools they need to design effective governance and expenditure reforms, while also offering strategic implementation support. Our focus is strengthening governance by improving four core functions of the government - outcome measurement, personnel management, strategic financial management and leveraging markets for improved public service delivery. Currently, we operate across the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR), Delhi, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Telangana.

The New York Times calls us "One of the nation's most powerful environmental groups."​ The National Journal says we're "A credible and forceful advocate for stringent environmental protection."​ With the support of our members and online activists, NRDC works to solve the most pressing environmental issues we face today: curbing global warming, getting toxic chemicals out of the environment, moving America beyond oil, reviving our oceans, saving wildlife and wild places, and helping China go green.

GIFFORDS PAC is a political action committee working to support elected officials who step up to fight the gun violence epidemic. We advocate for policies on Capitol Hill and in state legislatures that will safeguard our nation.

OEA represents more than 122,000 teachers, faculty members and support professionals who work in Ohio's schools, colleges and universities to help improve public education and the lives of Ohio's children.
