Ambra

About Ambra

Ambra is a San Francisco-based hybrid company that operates at the pre-seed funding stage, backed by Eniac and Euclid Ventures. The founding team—Ayla, a healthcare investor and EMT in Alameda County, and August, a founding engineer with experience in voice and AI in healthcare—launched Ambra to modernize EMS software, replacing legacy systems in documentation and billing. The company was founded because EMS is a rare industry where good software directly protects the 911 service on people’s worst days. Ambra is already live with customers and has closed its first $1M ARR, and it is pursuing a small, elite team to accelerate growth from its San Francisco headquarters operating on a hybrid model.
