Own the full sales cycle from qualification to closing, focusing on building relationships with senior stakeholders in the German Mittelstand. Act as a bridge between market needs and the engineering team to drive product iteration and revenue growth.
Requires 3+ years of full-cycle B2B software sales experience, preferably targeting technical or industrial buyers. Fluency in German is essential for communicating with plant managers and C-level executives.
LLMs are changing how companies work with data. We're building the autonomous data agent for Europe, helping operators in manufacturing, agriculture, and aviation answer questions and run workflows without expensive data teams. We have a working product, paying customers, and over €1M ARR.
We're looking for an Account Executive who owns deals end-to-end and commands the room. This role is about closing, and doing it the right way: through presence, trust, and a genuine understanding of how our customers operate. You'll be the person who goes to a customer and walks out with a signed contract.
Own the full sales cycle from qualification and on-site bootcamps to negotiation and close
Build real relationships with senior stakeholders in the German Mittelstand, independently and with conviction
Call customers daily and show up in person. You're excited to travel
Work closely with our GTM team to build and run a high-velocity pipeline
Translate customer needs precisely so our Forward Deployed Engineering team can build fast and solve the right problems
Grow revenue within existing accounts through expansions and upsells
Be a direct line between the market and what we build
Have 3+ years of full-cycle B2B software sales, ideally to technical or industrial buyers
Are fluent in German and can hold your own with plant managers and C-level in the Mittelstand
Bring strong presence and know how to shift the energy in a room
Are hungry: you want targets, upside, and the accountability that comes with it
Love being in the field be it calls, visits, and in-person meetings energize you
Treat your pipeline like a product you continuously improve
