The Staff Associate will manage and execute Young Life ministry through spiritual development, leadership training, and direct field ministry. They are responsible for resource development, including fundraising and donor care, while maintaining accurate administrative records and strategic ministry plans.
Candidates should have experience in direct ministry and possess strong relational, verbal, and written communication skills. A college degree is preferred, and all applicants must subscribe to the Young Life Statement of Faith.

The anticipated salary rate for this position can range from $33,650-$67,350
depending on relevant education, experience, and location.
"Young Life in North Central Washington (NCW YL) is seeking a motivated, strategic leader who enjoys building teams, creating a mission community, and sharing Jesus deeper and wider in our local towns! Located in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, the Wenatchee Valley is four seasons of outdoor heaven! Anchored in Wenatchee, the ministry includes outreach in East Wenatchee, Entiat, and Waterville. We currently have five ministries reaching kids through WyldLife, Young Life, and Capernaum. Our club teams have faithful, longstanding leaders and committee members. The area has a strong base of support and legacy.
Our vision is for you to strengthen existing ministry and sharpen contact work and discipleship, with a desire to advance to Area Director I.
