직무 개요 (Position Summary)

Channel Development Leader(CDL)는 Yokogawa의 System & Solutions 사업 확대를 위해 지역 내 간접 판매(Indirect Channel) 전략을 수립하고 실행하는 역할입니다.

직접 영업(Direct Sales)과 상호 보완적인 채널 비즈니스 체계를 구축하고, 채널 파트너를 발굴·육성하여 지속 가능한 사업 성장을 이끌며, Regional Sales 및 Global Channel Development 조직과 긴밀히 협업하여 지역 채널 전략을 추진합니다.

주요 업무 (Key Responsibilities)

1. 채널 전략 수립 및 사업 개발

• 지역별 Channel Development 전략 및 사업계획 수립

• Direct Sales와의 시너지를 고려한 간접 판매 채널 확대 전략 수립

• 시장 및 산업별 성장 기회 발굴 및 신규 비즈니스 모델 개발

• 목표 시장, 산업군 및 채널 운영 전략 수립

2. 채널 파트너 개발 및 운영

• 신규 채널 파트너 발굴, 평가 및 선정

• 채널 파트너 온보딩 및 협업 체계 구축

• 채널 파트너 교육, 영업 지원 및 성과관리 프로그램 운영

• 영업부터 프로젝트 수행까지 전 과정에 대한 채널 지원 체계 구축

3. 영업 거버넌스 구축

• 채널 운영 정책 및 영업 거버넌스 수립

• Rules of Engagement 및 영업 프로세스 운영 기준 마련

• 내부 정책 및 글로벌 기준 준수 관리

• Direct Sales와 Indirect Sales 간 역할 및 책임 명확화

4. 사업 성과 관리

• KPI, 시장 동향, 고객 및 파트너 피드백 기반 사업 성과 분석

• 사업 리스크 및 개선 과제 발굴

• 성과 향상을 위한 개선 및 예방 활동 추진

• Order Intake(OI) 및 Gross Profit(GP) 확대 추진

5. 이해관계자 및 파트너 관리

• Regional Sales, Global 조직 및 Local 법인과 협업

• Direct Sales와 Channel Partner 간 이해관계 조율

• 내부 및 외부 이해관계자 간 갈등 관리 및 해결

6. 마케팅 및 브랜드 강화

• Regional 및 Global 마케팅 활동 참여

• 채널 파트너와 공동 마케팅 및 영업 활동 추진

자격요건 (Qualifications)

학력

• 전기, 전자, 계측공학 또는 관련 전공 학사 이상

경력

• 산업자동화(Industrial Automation) 분야 Channel Development 또는 Business Development 경력 10년 이상

• 간접 영업(Indirect Sales) 및 채널 파트너 개발 경험

• 채널 파트너 관리 및 성과관리 경험

• Direct/Indirect Sales 간 이해관계 조정 경험

• 산업자동화 System & Solution 비즈니스에 대한 이해
