The Early Childhood Teacher is responsible for designing and implementing daily lesson plans and supervising children within a classroom setting. They must maintain communication with parents and ensure adherence to YMCA policies regarding child safety and emergencies.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a 45-hour certificate along with CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications. Previous experience in a developmental setting and working with diverse populations is preferred.
