The role focuses on the synthesis and optimization of DNA-encoded chemical libraries (DELs) and high-throughput reaction validation. It involves meticulous record-keeping, reagent ordering, and collaboration with global teams to advance drug discovery projects.
Candidates must hold a BS or MS in Chemistry or a related field with 6 months to 2 years of laboratory experience in organic synthesis. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment are essential.
