Perform on-site break-fix repairs and deployment for laptops, desktops, and AV equipment at NYC DOE school sites. Document all visits via mobile forms and manage the chain-of-custody for failed or end-of-life devices.
Requires 1-3 years of hardware repair experience and a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must be able to travel throughout the Bronx, lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate effectively with non-technical staff.
