We're looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Representative who enjoys building relationships, growing business, and helping bring our characters to more retailers and customers.

Job Description

The Sales Representative is responsible for supporting sales growth by managing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, coordinating orders, and working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both relationship building and hands-on sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the business.
• Support existing customer accounts and help expand sales.
• Prepare quotations, pricing sheets, presentations, product catalogs, and line sheets.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and sales documents.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Coordinate orders, shipping, inventory availability, and delivery schedules.
• Manage product sample requests and shipments.
• Represent the company at trade shows, buyer meetings, and industry events.
• Collaborate with product development, warehouse, operations, and marketing teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales, sales support, account management, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in the toy, gift, consumer products, or plush industry is a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in a sales career.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); QuickBooks experience is a plus.
