The supervisor leads picking, replenishment, and product movement activities within a frozen food distribution center to ensure accurate order fulfillment. They are responsible for managing staff performance, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding strict food safety and cold chain standards.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, with a preference for cold storage backgrounds. Proficiency in WMS systems, RF scanning, and team supervision is required for this role.
