You will be directly interacting with team members to answer general questions relating to benefits, leaves of absence, attendance, time off requests, employee meat orders, and other. Position details for HR Coordinator are listed below.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process new hire benefit enrollments (medical, dental, vision, 401K, ect.) on a monthly basis
Process annual employee benefits enrollment
Process quarterly 401K enrollments
Maintain team member electronic personnel forms and files.
Personnel records management within HRIS (Paycom)
Perform a variety of administrative duties associated with employee services, data entry, filing, scanning and employee records.
Participate in department employee experience activities.
Daily attendance callouts reporting for operations.
Answer phones, take care of HR lobby and issue personnel badges for entry.
Other duties as assigned to support overall department and special projects.
QualificationsREQUIREMENTS
MUST be bilingual in Spanish and English (Speaking/Writting/Reading)
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within an HR Department in a similar role.
Benefits management experience
CA Leaves Laws
Must have strong Excel experience in creating and using pivot tables, Vlookup’s, and or matching.
Excellent communication skills and professionalism in handling confidential information
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines.
Knowledge of HR policies and best practices
Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4pm
