The Field Specialist III is responsible for optimizing Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) processes, conducting equipment maintenance, and ensuring safe operations at job sites. They will perform hydraulic calculations, supervise shift personnel, and maintain accurate reporting in compliance with company standards.
Candidates must possess 3 to 5 years of relevant field experience in Managed Pressure Drilling and hold a Bachelor's degree. Strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in challenging environmental conditions are required.

Weatherford is seeking a skilled and results-driven Field Specialist III – MPD to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for optimizing MPD and drilling processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate will work closely with country and regional team to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. Additionally, this role plays a key part in conducting Operations safely and with minimal interruption to drilling. The job requires occasional package preparation in the Weatherford base where full compliance to Weatherford performance standards is required.
