The Ticketing Representative manages in-person and phone ticket sales while providing excellent customer service to patrons across four theater venues. Responsibilities include processing payments, handling will call distribution, and assisting with event-related administrative tasks.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous customer service experience. Strong cash handling skills, proficiency with computer software, and the physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 40 lbs are required.
