The Optician is responsible for assisting patients with eyewear selection and explaining insurance benefits. Additional duties include ordering frames and lenses, verifying order quality, and performing frame adjustments and repairs.
The ideal candidate should be energetic, outgoing, and comfortable with sales and fashion. Prior experience in an optical or optometry office is considered a significant advantage.

An ideal candidate is comfortable with sales, enjoys fashion, is energetic and outgoing, works well in a fast-paced environment, and has great organizational skills and attention to detail. Prior optical or optometry office experience is a big plus.
Responsibilities include working with patients to select eyewear, assisting patients in understanding their glasses insurance benefits, cleaning and organizing frame displays, ordering frames and lenses from suppliers, verifying incoming glasses orders for accuracy and quality, dispensing orders, and performing frame adjustments and repairs.
