The Field Appraiser is responsible for inspecting, verifying, and recording the physical descriptions of real estate properties. They must submit regular progress reports and serve as a professional public-facing representative of the reassessment team.
Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the physical ability to walk, climb stairs, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. While real estate appraisal or delivery experience is a plus, it is not required.
