Requirements

• Have a strong technical foundation, solid data analysis skills, and a deep understanding of vehicle safety testing procedures. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
  
• Experience in electrical circuit testing, electrical–electronic device evaluation, or knowledge of sled testing, crash testing, sensor measurement, data acquisition and analysis, or testing of automotive and mechatronic systems will be an advantage.
  
• Possess strong technical skills, including the ability to operate various types of cameras—especially high-speed cameras—video recording systems, and specialized photography equipment. Familiarity with video editing, image processing software, and data analysis tools is preferred. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is essential to ensure all aspects of testing are properly documented, controlled, and reported.
  
• Have knowledge of safety standards and equipment operation procedures within a laboratory environment and strictly comply with occupational safety and technical regulations. Those holding professional certifications in engineering, automotive testing, safety, or technical photography will be given priority.
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical departments and present reports in a clear and logical manner.
  
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing) is required for technical documentation and communication with international experts.
  
• Experience working under ISO 9001 or ISO 17025 standards is a plus.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and technical analysis software is required. Possession of a Category B driver’s license will be considered an advantage.
