A minimum of 2 years of reception experience is required, with preference given to those with veterinary reception experience. Candidates must be highly motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and be legally eligible to work in Ireland.

Reports to: Head Nurse/Lead Vet
Schedule: 5 Day week, 1:4 Saturdays, 1:13 Sundays
Salary: €29,432.00 per year
The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and delivering an excellent client experience; you will be the first point of contact for clients and patients at our clinic.
Greet all visitors and welcome them to the clinic
Answer and direct phone calls
Schedule appointments
Checking in patients
Collecting payments
Maintain records as necessary
Manage the receptionist area and assist with admin tasks as needed
Assist Vet nurses and Vets with patient care when necessary
Undertaking additional tasks as may be assigned
Minimum 2 years reception experience (required)
Ideally one-year Veterinary receptionist experience
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
You are highly motivated, hard-working, and a strong team player
You have excellent customer care and communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering the highest standards of animal welfare and patient care
