The Director of Commercial Analytics oversees the strategy, governance, and performance of rebate accounting and commercial financial reporting. This role leads the organization's commercial analytics function to provide actionable insights and financial oversight for strategic decision-making.
Requires multi-year experience in commercial finance, financial reporting, or business intelligence, preferably within healthcare, distribution, or retail. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling is essential, with a strong background in leading cross-functional teams.
The Director, Commercial Analytics is accountable for the overall strategy, governance, performance, and continuous improvement of rebate accounting and collection, and commercial analytics around company purchases. This role leads the organization’s commercial finance and reporting function, ensuring accurate financial oversight, rebate accountability, and actionable commercial insights that support strategic decision-making across the business.
The role partners closely with Commercial Advisory, Group & Local Procurement, Group & Local Finance, Distribution, Business Intelligence, and external trading partners to drive commercial performance optimization, financial accountability, operational excellence, and informed business decision-making. This is a temporary (12-month contract) position.
