Üzletfejlesztési és ügyfélkapcsolati menedzser

A POZÍCIÓ CÉLJA

  • A vállalat bevételének növelése új üzleti lehetőségek azonosításán és kiaknázásán keresztül.
  • Új partnerek felkutatása, megszerzése és hosszú távú együttműködések kialakítása.
  • A meglévő partnerkapcsolatok fejlesztése és az ügyfél-elégedettség maximalizálása.
  • A Jegymester szolgáltatásainak értéken alapuló értékesítése, piaci jelenlétének erősítése.
  • A sales folyamatok kialakítása, strukturálása és folyamatos fejlesztése.
  • A munkaköri feladatok ellátása professzionális, proaktív hozzáállással.

FELADATOK

  • Új üzleti lehetőségek és potenciális partnerek aktív felkutatása.
  • Tárgyalások lebonyolítása, ajánlatok kidolgozása és szerződéskötések támogatása.
  • Meglévő ügyfélkapcsolatok kezelése, fejlesztése és rendszeres kapcsolattartás.
  • A partnerek üzleti teljesítményének nyomon követése és növelése.
  • Piaci trendek és versenytársak folyamatos monitorozása.
  • Szoros együttműködés a belső csapatokkal (pl. marketing, operations, product).
  • Sales pipeline kezelése és riportálása.
  • Részvétel a sales stratégia kialakításában és végrehajtásában.
  • Ügyféligények feltérképezése és visszacsatolása a szervezet felé.
  • A cég képviselete szakmai eseményeken és tárgyalásokon.
