Act as the first point of contact for pet owners, managing triage calls and patient intake/discharge. Handle financial transactions and maintain the reception area while coordinating between clients and the veterinary team.
Requires a high school diploma and the ability to work evening shifts in a fast-paced emergency environment. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

As a Client Service Representative (CSR) in our emergency and specialty veterinary hospital, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners during some of their most stressful and emotional moments. You will play a critical role in triaging calls, managing patient intake and discharge, and supporting both the veterinary team and clients with compassion, efficiency, and professionalism.

Referral and Emergency Veterinary Hospital
Veterinary Care and Specialty Group (VCSG), an emergency and referral hospital located in the South Broad area of Chattanooga, TN, is a full-service hospital for small animal emergencies, treating a myriad of cases from simple to complex. Our facility has the latest diagnostic equipment including ultrasound, digital x-ray, CT, hyperbarics, MRI, and state-of-the-art lab equipment. We have full-time ER veterinarians on a rotating schedule and trained staff on hand at all times. During the week, we also have board-certified specialists seeing cases on a referral basis from local veterinarians. Specialists include internal medicine, surgery, neurology, oncology, and critical care. Board-certified surgeons perform soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries. VCSG is proud to offer cutting-edge technology and medical diagnostic equipment to provide fast and reliable diagnostics and treatments.
