Ci aspettiamo che i nostri Addetti contribuiscano a offrire esperienze di vendita memorabili. A tal fine, devono:
Fornire un’assistenza alla vendita di livello elevato, avvalendosi della formazione ricevuta ed assicurando che tutti i clienti siano trattati con rispetto.
Sviluppare una conoscenza approfondita dei prodotti in negozio.
Occuparsi dell’assortimento giornaliero del punto vendita, verificando l’adeguata copertura di taglie e modelli.
Verifica costante che tutta le merce in spazio vendita sia fornita di antitaccheggio
Mantenere gli standard di merchandising in linea con le direttive del brand.
Aggiornamento prezzatura merce (saldi e promozioni)
Gestione di resi ed inventari secondo le procedure aziendali
Seguire tutte le procedure operative nel negozio e nel magazzino.
Curare la movimentazione giornaliera della merce sia in entrata che in uscita
