Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to launch and grow cannabis brands in the Massachusetts market. Collaborate with the VP of Sales and CEO to ensure success across all business channels.
Requires over 5 years of marketing leadership experience with a proven track record in go-to-market strategies and brand management. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and the flexibility to work some weekends and holidays.
As the Director of Marketing, you will work alongside the VP of Sales and the CEO to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to successfully launch and grow cannabis brands in the MA market. Your strategic vision, creativity, and keen business acumen will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our marketing efforts across all channels of the business. This position reports directly to the VP of Sales and collaborates closely with each department to achieve organizational objectives.
