The Accounts Payable Representative is responsible for processing invoices, managing wire transfers, and ensuring accurate cash disbursements. They also investigate discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders while maintaining vendor records in the company database.
The position requires a minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Candidates should be capable of handling complex invoices and following company policies regarding purchase order processes.
