Responsible for the design, analysis, and project management of new bridge projects and rehabilitations for state and local clients. This includes managing financial and technical aspects, supervising project development, and coordinating utilities and permitting.
Requires a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and 2-6 years of professional transportation design experience. Candidates must hold or be able to obtain an Indiana Professional Engineer license within four years.

2-6 years of professional work experience in transportation design
Bachelor of Science (BSCE) in Civil Engineering
Indiana Professional Engineer Licensure or ability to obtain one in four years
Preferred:
Working knowledge of INDOT Design Manual standards, specifications, and procedures
Have working knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D
Basic experience in programming, macros, or task automation
Strong sense of organization
