The Assistant Manager is responsible for evaluating and pricing inventory using proprietary software and managing markdowns. They will also lead a team of 12-18 employees to run the boutique with passion and drive.
Candidates should have previous experience in retail or management. The role requires a strong ability to take ownership of store operations, team leadership, and inventory control.
