The Quality Engineer will monitor and improve product quality processes using Minitab tools and manage quality specifications. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, sales, and R&D to ensure quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as printing, packaging, chemical engineering, or paper science. A minimum of 2-3 years of quality experience and proficiency in both English and Chinese are required.
