Exigences du poste:

Les associés de magasin à temps plein doivent travailler de 32 à 40 heures par semaine (5 jours ouvrables) et être disponibles, y compris les fins de semaine et les jours fériés.
Doit faire preuve de flexibilité dans ses disponibilités horaires et être capable de travailler selon des horaires variables pendant la semaine, y compris le soir et le week-end.
Une expérience préalable dans le domaine du service à la clientèle est préférable.
Volonté d'apprendre et capacité à prendre des initiatives.
Capacité à communiquer de manière claire et concise.

Responsabilités principales:

Fournir un service à la clientèle excellent et courtois afin de maintenir et de refléter les valeurs, la mission et la vision d'UNIQLO.
Se tenir constamment informé de la marque, des produits et des promotions et/ou publicités en cours dans les magasins.
Maintenir la propreté et l'ordre de la surface de vente et des zones non commerciales.
Surveiller et réapprovisionner les stocks en magasin.
Entretenir les cabines d'essayage conformément aux normes du magasin et aider les clients chaque fois que nécessaire.
Traiter diverses transactions de paiement à l'aide d'un système de point de vente (POS).
Autres tâches connexes au besoin.

The Store Associate is the customer service specialist of the store. They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, finding products that meet their needs and providing in-depth information about our products.

Requirements:

Full Time Store Associates are expected to work 32-40 hours per week (5 working days) and maintain open availability, including weekends and holidays, to support scheduling flexibility and operational demands.
Must have flexibility in schedule availability and be able to work varying shifts during the week including evenings and weekends.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Willingness to learn and ability to take initiative.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent and courteous customer service to maintain and reflect UNIQLO’s values, mission and vision.
Continuously remain knowledgeable with the company’s brand, products and any current store promotions and/or advertisements.
Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness on the sales floor and in non-sales areas.
Monitor and replenish floor stock when needed.
Upkeep fitting rooms to store standards and assist customers whenever needed.
Process various payment transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) System.
Other duties as assigned.
