Responsabilités principales:
Rejoindre un magasin et apprendre tous les aspects des opérations locales en effectuant une rotation entre tous les postes de travail
Garantir un service client de haut standard dans le magasin afin de maintenir et de refléter les valeurs, la mission ainsi que la vision d’UNIQLO
Diriger et motiver le personnel : superviser la performance de l’équipe, former les membres du magasin, favoriser un environnement de travail collaboratif
Gérer les opérations du magasin incluant l’inventaire, les ventes, la présentation du magasin afin d’optimiser l’efficacité et la performance
Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour atteindre les objectifs de vente et améliorer les indicateurs du magasin
Maintenir les normes du magasin, notamment en matière de sécurité et de propreté, afin de garantir le respect des politiques de l’entreprise, de respecter les normes de merchandising visuel et de gérer les activités quotidiennes du magasin
Adopter et promouvoir l’engagement d’UNIQLO en faveur du développement durable, de l’innovation et de la philosophie LifeWear
En tant qu’un CGU, vous apprendrez à:
Maîtriser les principes fondamentaux de la vente au détail grâce à une expérience immersive dans la gestion d’un magasin
Stimuler la croissance de l’entreprise en analysant les données de vente et les tendances du marché
Diriger et développer des équipes diversifiées grâce à une approche pratique de la gestion
Mettre en œuvre les valeurs fondamentales d’UNIQLO : efficacité, orientation client et amélioration continue

Compétences et expérience requises:
Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle dans n’importe quelle discipline et dans n’importe quel pays (les diplômés sont les bienvenus)
Une expérience préalable dans le commerce de détail est un atout majeur
Passion pour le commerce de détail, le leadership et la stratégie commerciale
Solides capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes
