Lead the media strategy for the Personal Care category at Unilever Brazil, focusing on a social-first model to drive growth. Manage media investments across digital, TV, and e-commerce channels while leading the in-house U-Studio for AI-driven digital assets.
Requires solid experience in media management within FMCG or agencies, with strong technical knowledge of digital and retail media. Must have a proven track record of managing large budgets, leading teams, and fluency in English.

Esta função existe para liderar a estratégia de mídia da categoria de Personal Care na Unilever Brasil, garantindo a máxima efetividade dos planos de todas as marcas da categoria, impulsionando crescimento através do modelo social first. A posição é responsável por conectar o lado técnico de mídia com os objetivos estratégicos de negócio, assegurando que os investimentos gerem impacto real nos resultados da categoria e que as marcas tenham vantagem competitiva em um ecossistema de mídia cada vez mais complexo.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES
• Liderar a estratégia e planos de mídia para o portfólio de marcas de Personal Care.
• Definir o direcionamento de investimentos entre canais digitais, social media, TV, e-commerce, retail media e demais plataformas.
• Construir e otimizar planos de mídia com foco em eficiência, alcance e retorno sobre investimento.
• Atuar como parceiro estratégico dos times de Marketing, garantindo a conexão entre a estratégia de marca, e a estratégia de mídia.
• Liderar a governança de mídia, gestão de agências e acompanhamento dos principais indicadores de performance.
• Utilizar dados, modelos de atribuição, MMM e métricas digitais para gerar recomendações de negócio.
• Desenvolver análises e insights que apoiem decisões estratégicas de comunicação e crescimento.
• Liderar e integrar o U-Studio, estrutura in-house responsável pela criação de assets digitais utilizando inteligência artificial.
• Garantir a integração entre produção de conteúdo, deployment e planejamento de mídia, maximizando velocidade, qualidade e eficiência.
• Influenciar stakeholders seniores e atuar como referência técnica em mídia dentro da organização.
• Liderar e desenvolver o time, composto atualmente por dois profissionais.
EXPERIÊNCIAS E QUALIFICAÇÕES NECESSÁRIAS
• Experiência sólida em mídia, seja em grandes anunciantes, FMCG, varejo, instituições financeiras, tecnologia ou agências de mídia.
• Forte conhecimento técnico e empírico em mídia digital, social media e retail media.
• Experiência gerenciando elevados investimentos e grandes orçamentos de mídia.
• Vivência consistente em planejamento, execução, otimização e mensuração de campanhas.
• Forte capacidade analítica, incluindo gestão de KPIs, atribuição, ROI e métricas de performance.
• Experiência influenciando stakeholders seniores e conduzindo discussões estratégicas com áreas de Marketing e Negócios.
• Capacidade de atuar de forma autônoma em ambientes complexos e de alta exposição.
• Perfil questionador, orientado a alta performance e melhoria contínua.
• Capacidade comprovada de liderar equipes e projetos multifuncionais.
• Inglês fluente.
EXPERIÊNCIAS E QUALIFICAÇÕES DESEJÁVEIS
• Vivência em planejamento estratégico de comunicação ou content planning.
• Experiência com transformação digital e novos modelos de mídia.
