The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the annual Sales Plan, coaching salespeople, and achieving new account sales quotas. They will also conduct training and evaluations to improve sales performance.
A bachelor's degree is preferred along with at least 3 years of successful business-to-business sales experience and 2 years in sales management. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and general computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
