Develop and improve AI algorithms for IoT sensor products and build automated workflows to streamline organizational processes. Integrate AI into core business systems like CRM, ERP, and HR while prototyping new infrastructure.
Requires solid scripting skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript and hands-on experience with API-based workflow automation. Candidates must demonstrate a practical understanding of AI models and agents through a portfolio of completed projects.

You will work on two fronts: the AI algorithms at the heart of our products, and the AI workflows that make everyday work across the whole organization smarter and faster.
This is a hands-on builder role. We are not looking for a prompt operator, and not for a data scientist — we are looking for someone who understands the technology and builds with it. Students, recent graduates, and early-career engineers are welcome.
