Responsibilities

The Solution Specialist is responsible for promoting Rogers and Fido products and services through innovative selling strategies to meet sales targets. They also handle customer care issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least one year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service. They must be legally eligible to work in Canada and available to work days, evenings, and weekends.

 As a Solution Specialist (Sales Representative) on our Retail Team and working at our Adelaide Rogers Store, you will be an entrepreneur of Rogers and Fido plans, products, and services. You will take careful steps to understand the needs of each customer and are dedicated to providing the best solutions.

 A day in the life of a Solution Specialist:

  • Sales Champion: Use innovative selling strategies to promote Rogers / Fido products and services to new and existing customers develop and execute tactical sales plans to meet or exceed all sales targets. Effectively utilize all sales tools and promotion and actively participate in incentives and programs. Make prospecting an integral part of regular routine
  • Service Oriented: Interacts with customers following the guidelines provided through Rogers / Fido programs and standards
  • Problem-solver: Troubleshoot customer care issues and provides solutions by working with key internal contacts. Escalate issues that cannot be resolved, whether customer service, operational or personnel related to the appropriate department within the company or Rogers

 What you need

  • A minimum of 1-year of retail/sales/customer service experience
  • Be open to workdays, evenings and weekends

  • As part of our selection process, all candidates must clear a Criminal Records Check and ID verification. Previous employment verification may be required depending on the role
  • You need to be legally eligible to work in Canada above and must have a valid work or study permit
