Job Summary:

Part Lead – Inspection Engineering - Lam & Stack

Plays a pivotal role in leading and developing the inspection engineering team within the Cell Department. This position combines strong technical expertise with leadership excellence to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of electrode manufacturing processes and in-line inspection systems in a highly automated, precision environment. The Part Lead oversees all inspection engineering activities, driving process stability, performance, and continuous improvement through data-driven problem solving, AI integration and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate builds a capable, engaged, and accountable team focused on achieving Ultium’s performance targets in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale – delivering world-class results in lithium-ion electrode manufacturing.

Annual refresher training will be completed every year after to fulfill the requirements of 40 CFR. Other training to be provided as required.
