The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and performing scheduled preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and facilities. This includes maintaining records, following safety protocols, and collaborating with other departments to ensure operational success.
Candidates must be high school graduates or have a GED, with a valid state driver's license and a preference for 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience. Proficiency with hydraulic/pneumatic equipment and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.
Maintenance Technician maintains, repairs, and installs equipment, machinery, and facilities under direct supervision. Maintains a variety of records; participates in special projects; and performs a variety of technical tasks relative to assigned areas of responsibility. This is the entry-level position for the Maintenance Technician series.
Starting pay range: $32-$40/hr
