Execute planned preventive and corrective maintenance on ACMV equipment including chillers, AHUs, and ventilation systems. Monitor system performance, manage site records, and supervise contractors to ensure service level agreements are met.
Requires a Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning with at least 1 to 3 years of hands-on ACMV experience. Candidates should be able to read mechanical schematics and possess functional English and Bahasa Malaysia skills.
