We are seeking a driven, resourceful, and self-directed Sales & Marketing Associate to support aggressive lead generation, sales process development, and market expansion. This is a pivotal, client-facing, and growth-oriented role where you will directly contribute to business development efforts and sales targets by helping keep the company competitive and innovative.
Core Responsibilities & Impact
● Generate new leads through our lead generators.
● Help develop a stronger website and social media presence.
● Assist in the hand off of all bids to the Sales Director.
● Support the sales manager in developing the sales and marketing department.
● Support ongoing marketing efforts including content creation, communications, and campaign coordination.
● Develop and follow-up on business leads using cold calls, emails, etc.
● Responsible for running your own KPIs.
● Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and marketing goals.
