Lead and grow the Water Advisory practice by driving market strategy, technical excellence, and the integration of advisory and engineering services. Oversee major engagements as Project Principal while managing talent development and executing annual sales and revenue targets.
Requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 15-25+ years of leadership experience in infrastructure advisory or strategic consulting. Must possess expertise in asset lifecycle management, enterprise risk frameworks, and a proven track record of business development.
