Perform general repairs and maintenance on guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure facility standards. Execute preventive maintenance programs and develop solutions to meet project requirements and guest needs.
Requires a minimum of 3 years of engineering experience in hospitality and previous construction trade or maintenance experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and candidates must be at least 21 years old.
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Engineer II position in the Trump Hotels Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic as well as be eager to learn, share information, and grow into a valuable team member of our existing engineering staff.
Minor building construction, supply, and/or skill trade experience is preferred for his position. Must be flexible to work all shifts and days when necessary is required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
EDUCATION:
High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as an engineer in hospitality
Previous construction trade/maintenance experience needed
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES:
Prefer but not required.
GROOMING/UNIFORMS:
All associates must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance. Specific uniform guidelines and/or required articles of clothing will be explained to you as a part of the orientation process.
NOTICE:
The hospitality business functions seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.
