The Operations Supervisor oversees daily operations for a post-acute care practice, ensuring seamless communication between providers and facilities. They are responsible for monitoring operational KPIs, managing provider onboarding, and implementing workflows to improve efficiency and patient care.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of management experience in a healthcare organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information in accordance with HIPAA regulations are required.

We deliver these healthcare services to residents in 135+ long-term care facilities throughout the greater Houston, San Antonio, and Austin metropolitan regions, as well as Bell and Kerr counties. Trumen's Board-Certified Physicians and Master and Doctorate-prepared Nurse Practitioners/Physicians Assistants provide well-coordinated, medically necessary care for patients after hospital discharge, during their SNF/NF stay, while keeping the patient's primary care physician up-to-date with progress, which is essential for optimal outcomes.
