Lead multidisciplinary research projects to design and analyze complex electro-optical systems and experiments. Translate theoretical physics concepts into scalable, real-world SWIR sensing applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requires a PhD or MSc in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Electro-Optics with over 5 years of industry experience. Must have a strong background in applied physics, hands-on experimental work, and proficiency in optical design tools like Zeemax.
