The Patient Services Representative will manage front-desk operations, including patient check-in, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification. They will also serve as a communication hub between patients, clinical staff, and insurance providers while maintaining accurate electronic medical records.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a medical office, healthcare administration, or customer service setting. Proficiency in basic office software and a high school diploma or equivalent are required.

Our team of ophthalmologists and optometrists provide comprehensive and sub-specialty ophthalmology services, routine eye exams, diagnosis and treatment of eye disease, advanced cataract surgery, and laser vision correction (LASIK). Our oculo-facial plastic surgery service provides a full range of reconstructive and cosmetic eyelid and facial surgery as well as cosmetic skin care, including Botox and filler injections like Restylane and Voluma. Optometric services include complete eye exams, expert contact lens fitting, and low vision rehabilitation. We are the largest and most enduring full service eye care practice in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, serving patients from Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Bucks County areas and beyond.
