Maintain the cleanliness and safety of outdoor grounds, including emptying trash and patrolling common areas. Ensure parking lots and walkways are free of debris and report any safety hazards.
Must possess a valid driver's license and be capable of performing manual labor in various weather conditions. Requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Outdoor Maintenance Worker to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our outdoor grounds. The ideal candidate will take pride in keeping the property well-maintained and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for all visitors.
Empty all waste containers; replace liners and damp wipe containers.
Remove waste materials to designated disposal areas.
Follow recycling and sustainability programs as required.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
* Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment within budgetary guidelines.
