Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to children on the autism spectrum across clinic, home, and school settings. Complete RBT coursework and certification to implement ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and experience working with children of various abilities. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to complete RBT certification within the first few weeks.
No ABA experience required. If you care about kids and want a career that matters, we will train you, certify you and pay you while we do it.
At Treetop, we hire for heart and train for skill. You will complete you 40-hour RBT coursework, pass your certification exam, and start working one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum. We cover the training, the exam fees, and the application costs. Your job is to show up ready to learn.
