Manage the full eDiscovery lifecycle (EDRM) by executing technical processes for ESI collection, processing, and production. Administer Relativity workspaces and collaborate with legal stakeholders to design defensible electronic discovery workflows.
Requires 3-5 years of eDiscovery experience in a law firm or service provider with superior knowledge of Relativity. A post-secondary degree or diploma is required, and RCA or Relativity Analytics Specialist certifications are desired.
The eDiscovery Analyst supports litigation and dispute-resolution files, investigations, and regulatory responses by managing electronically stored information (“ESI”) through hands-on execution of technical processes across the eDiscovery lifecycle. This role collaborates closely with internal stakeholders (legal professionals, litigation support, and business services professionals) and occasionally clients and external vendors to translate legal and factual requirements into defensible, efficient and technically-sound electronic discovery workflows.
This position is part of our hybrid work model with 4 days in the office per week. As part of our onboarding, new hires are required to be in the office more often for the first few months of employment to ensure they receive the requisite cross training.
