Premium Seating Team Members provide exceptional hospitality to donors and guests while managing game day operations in club and suite areas. They are responsible for monitoring entrances, scanning tickets, and collaborating with catering, custodial, and security staff.
Candidates must be able to work all home football games at Tiger Stadium and maintain a professional appearance. Applicants must possess a service-first mindset and be capable of standing or sitting for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
Tiger Athletic Foundation is actively seeking friendly and energetic individuals to work as part-time, seasonal employees in our air-conditioned club and suite areas for all home football games this season. Premium Seating Team Members are responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to our donors and their guests while maintaining the operational policies in place for all premium seating areas within Tiger Stadium.
Premium Seating Team Members can expect to work up to ten hours each home football game while earning a competitive hourly rate of $10.50/hr. In addition, team members may be offered the opportunity to work other sports including Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, and Baseball.

In 1978, the Varsity Club was formed as a division within the LSU Athletic Department to assist in raising private funds to support the LSU Athletic Program. The Varsity Club was then replaced by Tigers Unlimited, a Louisiana nonprofit corporation, in 1983 and Tigers Unlimited was granted 501(c)3 status in 1984. Tigers Unlimited reorganized and amended its Articles of Incorporation to formally change its name to Tiger Athletic Foundation in 1987. For 30 years, Tiger Athletic Foundation’s members have enhanced the lives of every student-athletes on every team by providing financial resources for programs and facilities that ensure the opportunity to win in the classroom, in competition, and in life. We were there when Warren Morris hit the walk-off homerun to win the 1996 College World Series. We were there in 2016, when LSU Gymnastics finished a historic season by finishing number two in the country. When student-athlete graduation rates increased by 18% in 2016, we were there.
