Tiger Athletic Foundation is actively seeking friendly and energetic individuals to work as part-time, seasonal employees in our air-conditioned club and suite areas for all home football games this season. Premium Seating Team Members are responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to our donors and their guests while maintaining the operational policies in place for all premium seating areas within Tiger Stadium.
Premium Seating Team Members can expect to work up to ten hours each home football game while earning a competitive hourly rate of $10.50/hr. In addition, team members may be offered the opportunity to work other sports including Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, and Baseball.

Duties and Responsibilities
assist in the execution of game day operations for all premium spaces while delivering seamless and memorable fan experiences
be the face of hospitality: say Hello, Engage, Listen,take Pride, and give Lagniappe Service!
monitor entrances and scan tickets and/or credentials to ensure the exclusivity of our clubs, suites, and hospitality areas
collaborate with our catering team, custodial staff, medical personnel, and law enforcement officers
other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
must be able to work all home football games in Tiger Stadium
possess a service-first mindset and friendly demeanor
must be willing and able to stand or sit for long periods of time
should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
must successfully complete a pre-employment criminal background check
must maintain a neat and professional appearance and meet the company’s appearance expectations as outlined in the dress code policy
